A UK company, TVM was founded in mid 2003 and its first products were deployed by UK police forces in December 2004.
Specialising in fast track iterative development is our core team, of software developers, database engineers
and electronic technicians. Working closely with a number of universities the company is at the forefront
of the science of Video Analytics.
TVM was purchased by Bowmer and Kirkland's Soncell Homeland Security Division in September 2007.
TVM is led and managed by an experienced team with over 60 years PLC experience between them across the
Criminal Justice, Defence & Security, Transport, Energy and Utility sectors.
